How do I connect my Shopify store?
From your dashboard, click "Connect store" and follow the Shopify OAuth prompt. Your catalog — products, photos, and prices — imports automatically once connected.
How does ad creative generation work?
Pick a product and a style, and Venus generates ad creative from your real product photo, plus copy and layout you can edit before approving. Text is always rendered as editable layers, never baked into the image.
Will Venus ever spend my ad budget without asking me?
No. Venus can automatically pause spend to protect you (e.g. hitting a daily budget cap), but it never increases spend or launches new budget on its own — anything that commits new spend waits for your approval.
What happens if I hit my monthly generation limit?
Each plan includes a monthly creative generation allowance. If you're close to your limit, your dashboard will show it — upgrade any time to raise it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from your billing settings — it's one click, takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and there's no retention flow.
Which ad platforms does Venus support?
Venus currently manages Facebook and Instagram ads via Meta. Support for additional platforms is planned for later.
